DEVELOP STANDARDS FOR LARGE MOBILE HOME PARKS, TO BE <br /> PERMITTED USES ON TRACTS OF 10 TO 50 ACRES IN ZONES WHERE NOW <br /> ALLOWED. <br /> C. IN ALL MOBILE HOME PARKS, REQUIRE FULLY ADEQUATE <br /> LANDSCAPING AND BUFFERING FROM CONTIGUOUS USES AND PROVIDE <br /> FOR SPACING BETWEEN LOTS AND OVERALL TRAFFIC PLANNING TO <br /> ASSURE SAFETY AND ' E ERGENCY ACCESS, AND ADEQUATE AND WELL- <br /> MAINTAINED COMMON AREAS AND RECREATION SPACE, MINDFUL OF TEE <br /> NEEDS OF THE NEEDS OF FAMILIES. <br /> D.
