DEVELOP STANDARDS FOR SMALL MOBILE HOME PARKS, TO BE <br /> PERMITTED ON TRACKS OF 5 TO 10 ACRES IN HIGH-DENSITY <br /> RESIDENTIAL ZONES. <br /> B. DEVELOP STANDARDS FOR LARGE MOBILE HOME PARKS, TO BE <br /> PERMITTED USES ON TRACTS OF 10 TO 50 ACRES IN ZONES WHERE NOW <br /> ALLOWED. <br /> C. IN ALL MOBILE HOME PARKS, REQUIRE FULLY ADEQUATE <br /> LANDSCAPING AND BUFFERING FROM CONTIGUOUS USES AND PROVIDE <br /> FOR SPACING BETWEEN LOTS AND OVERALL TRAFFIC PLANNING TO <br /> ASSURE SAFETY AND ' E ERGENCY ACCESS, AND ADEQUATE AND WELL- <br /> MAINTAINED COMMON AREAS AND RECREATION SPACE, MINDFUL OF TEE <br /> NEEDS OF THE NEEDS OF FAMILIES. <br /> D. STRICTLY ENFORCE HOUSING CODE STANDARDS AND OTHER <br /> RELEVANT REGULATORY STANDARDS REQUIRING ADEQUATE INSTALLATION <br /> AND MAINTENANCE OF ALL SANITARY FACILITIES, WATER SUPPLY, <br /> REFUSE DISPOSAL FACILITIES, AND RECREATION FACILITIES. MAKE <br /> ALL COUNTY AGENCIES AWARE OF REFERRAL PROCEDURES FOR <br /> SUBSTANDARD HOUSING COMPLAINTS TO THE HOUSING AND COMMUNITY <br /> DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT BY PREPARING AND DISTRIBUTING THROUGH <br /> comm AGENCIES A PAMPHLET ON THE RIGHTS OF MOBILE HOME PARK <br /> RESIDENTS, PROVISIONS OF SANITATION AND HOUSING CODES, AN <br /> PROCEDURES FOR CODE ENFORCEMENT. (**NOTE THE MINIMUM HOUSING <br /> CODE PRESENTLY DOES NOT PERTAIN TO MOBILE HOME PARKS) <br /> E. WHERE FEASIBLE, SUPPORT ACQUISITION OR DEVELOPMENT OF <br /> MOBILE HOME PARK COMMUNITIES THROUGH RESIDENT COOPERATIVES <br /> UTILIZING ASSISTANCE FROM FINANCIAL RESOURCES OF AN ORANGE <br /> COUNTY NON-PROFIT HOUSING CORPORATION, AND OTHER SOURCES SUCH <br /> AS NC HOUSING TRUST FUNDS, SECTION . 8 AID FARMERS HOME <br /> ADMINISTRATION. <br /> F. .
