From the canvas so made by this Board it is determinted and Ii <br /> declare; <br /> I (a) That 13,254 voters were registered and qualified to vote at said 1 <br /> i election. <br /> i i <br /> i (b) That at said election 4,041 votes were cast for the order authorizing 1 <br /> { the County of Orange to contract a debt and in evidence thereof to issue not <br /> exceeding $3,000,000 School Building Bonds of said County for the purpose of <br /> providing funds, with any other available funds, for erecting additional school <br /> buildings and other school plant facilities, remodeling, enlarging and reconstructing <br /> existing school buildings and other school plant facilities and acquiring necessary <br /> land and equipment therefor, to prouide additional school facilities in the County <br /> “;d Orange to maintain the six months' school term in said County as required by 1 <br /> Section 3 or Article IX of the Constitution, and authorizing the levy and collection; <br /> of a sufficient tax for the payment of the principal of and the interest on said 'E <br /> bonds, and 2,323 votes were cast against said order, that a majority of the qualified <br /> voters of said County who voted at said election voted in favor of the approval of !? <br /> said order, and that said order was thereby approved and is in force and effect.
