FINANCIAL IMPACT: ERCD proposes requesting $500,000 (the maximum amount) in <br />PARTF grant funds, which would be matched by at least $500,000 from the 2001 Open <br />Space and Park Bond. The bond allocated $1.2 million for this new park. The PARTF <br />grant program requires at least a dollar-for-dollar match. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board approve the <br />submittal of an application to the Parks and Recreation Trust Fund and authorize the Chair <br />to sign the application for submittal prior to the January 31, 2007 deadline. <br />
