24 <br /> Orange County Resident Position 2: <br /> A motion was made by Commissioner Dorosin, seconded by Commissioner Price to <br /> appoint Teresa Watson to position 2. <br /> A motion was made by Commissioner Burroughs, seconded by Chair McKee to appoint <br /> Matt Hughes to position 2. <br /> Commissioner Burroughs said she received an email from Elizabeth Welsby, which <br /> stated if the votes came down between Elizabeth Welsby and Jamezetta Bedford, Elizabeth <br /> Welsby would prefer that Jamezetta Bedford be appointed. <br /> Commissioner Jacobs suggested packaging the appointments for those that the Board <br /> feel, according to their votes, are meritorious.
