Proposal Evaluations and Selection <br /> Proposals will be evaluated and selected according to the Selection Process (see Section IV, Subsection <br /> J), The selooted firm and-the County will negotiate a contract. It Is intended that the function of the <br /> contract negotiations Is to reach agreement on a contract based on the scope of services contained in <br /> this RFP' and on the Information contained in the proposal submitted by selected Proposer. It Is <br /> anticipated that agreement on Contract terms will be reached by June 2, 2011, so that services may be <br /> provided In early July, 2011.
