26 <br /> Page 2 of 2 Daniel Kemp <br /> Animal Services Advisory Board <br /> Background, education and experience relevant to this board: <br /> I have a BS in Biochemistry and a PhD in toxicology from the University of North Carolina at <br /> Chapel Hill. I am certified by the American Board of Toxicology and a standing member of all <br /> toxicology societies (Society of Toxicology, American College of Toxicology and Society of <br /> Toxicologic Pathology). I have experience with the use of both small animals and large animals <br /> in terms of drug development, and am vice president of the Drug Discovery Specialty Section of <br /> SOT. I am also the past president of the Invitro and alternative animal models specialty section. I <br /> have been responsible for the care treatment and well being of animals throughout my career.
