8 <br /> Town of Iii� 1 Resolution#20160509-6.B <br /> ill.S.0111Mii gh <br /> H RESOLUTION REQUESTING APPOINTMENT TO THE <br /> ORANGE COUNTY ANIMAL SERVCIES ADVISORY BOARD <br /> WHEREAS, it is necessary to appoint a volunteer to a seat reserved on the Orange County Animal <br /> Services Advisory Board for persons residing within the Town of Hillsborough; and <br /> WHEREAS, by state statute and county ordinance, the Orange County Board of Commissioners has the <br /> authority and responsibility to appoint members to the Animal Services Advisory Board; and <br /> WHEREAS, the current applicant wishes to serve a First term as the Town of Hillsborough representative <br /> on the Animal Services Advisory Board; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE TOWN OF HILLSBOROUGH <br /> RESOLVES: <br /> Section 1. The Orange County Board of Commissioners is respectfully requested to appoint the <br /> following individual to the vacant Town of Hillsborough seat on the Animal Services Advisory Board, <br /> whose term would expire June 30, 2018: <br /> Name: Victoria Hudson <br /> Address: 109 Bonaparte Dr. <br /> Hillsborough, NC 27278 <br /> Section 2. The Town Clerk shall send a copy of this resolution to the Orange County Manager. <br /> Section 3.
