Both are <br />willing and eligible for reappointment. If reappointed, each would be serving first full terms, <br />ending 12/31/2009. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: None. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): Consider reappointing Bill Kaiser and Tom O-Dwyer to the Commission for <br />the Environment.
