35 <br /> Funding Recommendations: Having published a Request for Proposals for needed services for a <br /> minimum of thirty (30) days, the JCPC has screened the submitted proposals and has determined <br /> which proposals best meet the advertised needed services. As required by statute,the JCPC <br /> recommends allocation of the NC Department of Public Safety (NC DJJ) Funds to the following <br /> programs in the amounts specified below for FY 16-17: <br /> 1. Boomerang $27,312 <br /> 2. Community Service and Restitution $88,224 <br /> 3. Family Advocacy Network $40,722 <br /> 4. Mediation/Conflict Resolution $27,061 <br /> 5. Psychological Services $11,294 <br /> 6. Teen Court $39,155 <br /> 7. Wrenn House $ 9,459 <br /> 8. Young Warriors Athletic Scholarship Program $19,004 <br /> The JCPC further recommends that the following amount be allocated from the NC DPS DJJ <br /> funds for the administrative costs of the Council for FY 16-17: <br /> $15,500 <br /> Respectfully Submitted, <br /> Meg McGurk, Chair <br /> Orange County Juvenile Crime Prevention Council <br />
