Additions or Changes to the Agenda <br /> 25 Chair McKee noted the following items at the Commissioners' places: <br /> 26 - packet for item 11a: Firearms Safety Committee <br /> 27 - proposed wording change for item 5e: Federal Transit Administration (FTA) Approved <br /> 28 Procurement Policy for Orange Public Transportation <br /> 29 <br /> 30 PUBLIC CHARGE <br /> 31 <br /> 32 Chair McKee dispensed with the reading of the public charge. <br /> 33 <br /> 34 2. Public Comments <br /> 35 <br /> 36 a. Matters not on the Printed Agenda <br /> 37 NONE <br /> 38 <br /> 39 b. Announcements and Petitions by Board Members <br /> 44 Commissioner Pelissier had no petitions. <br /> 45 Commissioner Jacobs said that the Board received an email about glue traps for <br /> 46 rodents and the inhumanity of such traps. He asked if staff would follow up on this. <br /> 47 Commissioner Rich arrived 7:07 p.m. <br /> 48 Commissioner Jacobs said when George Wallace ran for Governor of Alabama in the <br /> 49 early 1960s he lost but ran again as an arch-segregationist, and was elected to office twice, <br />
