He said if public money goes towards improving a unit, then there would need to be a <br /> 41 guaranteed rental rate in return. <br /> 42 Commissioner Burroughs asked if the item could be clarified. <br /> 43 Chair McKee said staff will develop a strategy as to how to proceed, but not actually <br /> 44 authorize going forward. <br /> 45 Commissioner Burroughs said she has some concerns about mobile homes and would <br /> 46 want a thoroughly vetted strategy before moving forward. <br /> 47 Bonnie Hammersley said staff has gathered fairly extensive data on the mobile homes <br /> 48 in the County and can provide the Board with this information. <br /> 49 Chair McKee said it would be wise to gauge the interest of mobile park owners, before <br /> 50 developing a plan for rental units. <br />
