®`nna~ a°OOA <br />c ~ <br />32 <br />Orange County Comprehensive P-an <br />Leigh Anne King. is a land use planner with experience working with <br />local governments on planning initiatives. She is presentlyworking on <br />a code update project in Portsmouth, Virginia; affordable housing <br />mitigation projects in Lee County, Palm Beach County, Islamorada, <br />and Marathon Florida; a growth management strategy in <br />Hillsborough, NC and Rock Hill, South Carolina; a comprehensive <br />plan update in Hanover, Virginia; and neighborhood plans in Chapel <br />Hill and Wake Forest, North Carolina. Mrs. King has worked with <br />~~ <br />Clarion for two years. Prior to joining Clarion Associates, she earned a Master in <br />Regional Planning degree from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, and <br />worked for a national conservation nonprofit in Arlington, Virginia. <br />KNOWLEDGE, EXPERTISE, AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT <br />Clarion Associates is staffed by planning and land use law professionals with full <br />knowledge of best planning practices. We have helped communities in all aspects <br />of Comprehensive Planning work - -setting goals, engaging citizens, collecting and <br />analyzing data, organizing and synthesizing ideas, drafting plans, and constructing <br />implementation mechanisms.
