A key component of our approach to project management is clear and
frequent communication with the lead staff person. Negotiation of a specific Scope
of Work is important, to establish the expectations of all parties at the outset of work.
Regarding the monitoring of budgets, we have found it useful to set "not to exceed"
amounts for each task in a project, and to report monthly on "~ complete" for each
task to assure that there is accountability for financial management of a project.
KEY PERSONNEL
Two Clarion professionals will participate in this project.
