Bicycle Parkins at Homestead Site: That the applicant comply with the bicycle parking <br />standards in. place at such time that the Town Council approves the Special Use Permit. <br />1S. Seawell School Road Sidewalk: That the applicant shall provide a S-foot wide concrete <br />sidewalk on Seawell School Road, from the southern property line to High School Road. <br />Final design to be reviewed and approved by the Town Manager prior to issuance of a <br />Zoning Compliance Permit. <br />16. Bus Stop and Shelter: That prior to the issuance of a Zoning Compliance. Permit, the <br />applicant provide apayment-in-lieu of $10,000 for a bus pull-off, and $6,500 for a bus <br />stop, pad, bench, and shelter. The payment-in-lieu amount, shall be submitted to the <br />Town prior to the issuance of a Zoning Compliance Permit. <br />Stipulations Related to Landscaping and Architecture <br />17.
