3 <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: As was included in the April 10, 2007 BOCC agenda abstract materials, <br />CHCCS have projected capital facility cons#ruction needs as follows: <br />_ _ .. __ _. <br />- _ ___ <br />.,..- ro~ecte -nee - or. --- <br />New Elementary #10 in 2008-2009 <br />New Elementary #11 in 2010-2011 <br />New Middle School #5 in 2013-2014 <br />.Expanded High School in 2016-2017 <br />OCS is not expected to have new school construction needs in the 10-year planning period, but <br />approved development within the Orange County portion of the City of Mebane may impact <br />future projections and needs. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board approve the 2007 <br />SAPFOTAC Annual Report as specified in the report certification summary table herein. <br />
