4 <br /> SOCIAL JUSTICE IMPACT: The following Orange County Social Justice Goal is <br /> applicable to this agenda item: <br /> • GOAL: CREATE A SAFE COMMUNITY <br /> The reduction of risks from vehicle/traffic accidents, childhood and senior injuries, <br /> gang activity, substance abuse and domestic violence. <br /> FINANCIAL IMPACT: Financial impacts are included in the background information above. <br /> This budget amendment provides for the receipt of these additional funds and increases the FY <br /> 2015-16 budget in the General Fund by $856,148 and by $54,771 in the Grant Projects Fund. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends the Board approve the budget and grant <br /> project ordinance amendments for fiscal year 2015-16. <br />
