Development & Infrastructure - Memorandum of Understanding <br />Page 2 <br />Orange County's financial commitment to Triangle J for the Development and <br />Infrastructure Partnership will be $10,000 per year for each of the three years of the initiative <br />beginning in July 2007, with billings on a quarterly basis throughout each fiscal year. It is noted <br />that $7,500 of this amount constitutes Orange County's RPO dues. Triangle J's principal contact <br />for the D&I Partnership will be John Hodges-Copple, Planning Director (919 558-9320). <br />In order to document this undertaking for our mutual records and financial reporting <br />requirements, it is requested that you sign this Memorandum of Understanding where indicated <br />in duplicate originals. Please. retain one copy for your records and files, returning one fully <br />signed copy to Triangle J. Meanwhile, you will soon hear from Mr. Hodges-Copple with initial <br />information on start up and calendar availability. <br />Thank you so much for your willingness to be a part of this unique and very special effort <br />to bring together the leadership of the Triangle on the future of our region.
