20 <br /> VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br /> Commissioner Dorosin suggested the following edits: <br /> #23 — add a call for the repeal of HB2 <br /> Commissioner Dorosin asked Commissioner Price about the North Carolina's <br /> Association of County Commissioners (NCACC) response to HB2. <br /> Commissioner Dorosin asked if NCACC could be pushed to adopt a position on this bill. <br /> Commissioner Price said NCACC is against HB2, due to its restriction on county <br /> authority. <br /> Commissioner Dorosin asked if NCACC is coming out a statement calling for a repeal <br /> of the bill. <br /> Commissioner Price said she does not know, but will find out. <br /> A motion was made by Commissioner Dorosin seconded by Commissioner Rich to make <br /> technical changes in resolution as expressed above. <br /> VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br /> Commissioner Jacobs suggested the following edits: <br /> #15 — Electronics Recycling — add at the end of the item: "to oppose lifting restrictions on the <br /> disposal of electronics in the landfill" <br /> #22 — Broadband — add to the end: "to ensure community access to critical broadband services <br /> and maintain level of service" <br /> #26 — Bona Fide Farm use- delete last line "enhance public participation in the process".
