Hess, AIA, Facility currently occupies 10 buildings on an area of 33 acres in <br /> LEED AP South Raleigh. As part of our programming for this project, we <br /> Siler Ransmeier, AIA generated a campus master plan that respects the existing <br /> buildings while offering a fresh identity and much needed training <br /> Stanford White spaces. In addition, our master plan evaluated the campus physical <br /> Change Orders training courses and a track. <br /> Not applicable—construction After completing the programming and master plan phase, we <br /> not funded developed design documents for the construction of five new <br /> buildings, a 36,000 square foot classroom building with offices, a <br /> Construction Cost medical clinic, and a museum; two dormitories; a data center; and <br /> $22,000,000 estimated an armory. The new buildings are oriented to create a stronger <br /> street presence and new campus entrance or "front door" to <br /> the complex.
