7) Review and consider a request by Commissioner Dorosin and Chair McKee that the <br /> Board discuss a potential review of current district/at large voting system for the Board <br /> of Commissioners. <br /> Response: Manager's Office to work with Attorney's Office to develop reference <br /> materials in preparation for fall 2016 work session discussion. <br /> 8) Review and consider a request by Commissioner Dorosin that staff develop a listing of <br /> the economic development impacts of HB 2 on Orange County. <br /> Response: Info to be compiled, including any available information on missed <br /> opportunities. <br /> 9) Review and consider a request by Commissioner Price that staff provide an update <br /> during budget discussions on single stream vs. mixed recycling programs and whether <br /> the County's program has been working, cost effective, etc. <br /> Response: Update to be provided. <br /> 10)Review and consider a request by Commissioner Pelissier that staff incorporate a Link <br /> Government Services Center into the County website that the public can use to access <br /> North Carolina Association of County Commissioners' legislative updates regarding the <br /> N.C.
