36 <br /> The Orange County HOME Consortium uses cash as its local match for HOME Funds. It is estimated that this match will be$69,421 for this program <br /> year. <br /> If appropriate, describe publically owned land or property located within the jurisdiction that may be used to address the needs <br /> identified in the plan <br /> The Orange County HOME Consortium does not own any land that could be used to address the needs identified in this plan. However, Orange <br /> County actively collaborates with private and public entities to assist them in acquiring property for projects that address the needs identified in <br /> this plan. <br /> Discussion <br /> There are limited resources available to address the needs identified in this Annual Action Plan.
