Planning Board Review: <br /> October 5, 2016 — Ordinance Review Committee <br /> December 7, 2016 and January 4, 2017 (if necessary) — Recommendation <br /> b. Advisory Boards: <br /> N/A <br /> c. Local Government Review: <br /> Staff shall transmit the proposed <br /> amendment(s) to the Towns of Chapel <br /> Hill, Carrboro, and Hillsborough for <br /> JPA and courtesy review. <br /> d. Notice Requirements <br /> Legal advertisement for the public hearing shall be in accordance with the <br /> provisions of the UDO. <br /> e. Outreach: <br /> ® General Public: Staff proposes to hold an open house meeting to review and <br /> discuss options on proposed amendments.
