Local Government Review: <br /> Staff shall transmit the proposed <br /> amendment(s) to the Towns of Chapel <br /> Hill, Carrboro, and Hillsborough for <br /> JPA and courtesy review. <br /> d. Notice Requirements <br /> Legal advertisement for the public hearing shall be in accordance with the <br /> provisions of the UDO. <br /> e. Outreach: <br /> ® General Public: Staff proposes to hold open house meetings to review and <br /> discuss options on proposed subdivision amendments. As <br /> currently envisioned these open house meetings would be <br /> held: <br /> • Week of July 11-15 or 25-29, 2016. <br /> Staff shall coordinate with the Manager's office a press <br /> release advertising the time/date/location of the open house <br /> meetings. <br /> 4 <br />
