Amendment Outline for Recreational <br /> Vehicle Conditional Zoning District <br /> (UDO/Zoning 2016-08) <br /> PURPOSE: To consider and approve process components and schedules for four (4) staff <br /> initiated Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) text amendments. <br /> BACKGROUND: Staff has been completing the preliminary work on several text amendments <br /> over the last few months and is seeking authorization from the BOCC to move forward with their <br /> completion and presentation at future Quarterly Public Hearings. These include: <br /> 1. Revisions to the existing tables of permitted uses as contained in Section(s) 5.2.1 <br /> through 5.2.3 of the UDO. This item is intended for presentation at the November 21, <br /> 2016 Quarterly Public Hearing. <br /> Please refer to Attachment 1 for more information. <br /> 2. Modification of existing subdivision regulations and application review/approval <br /> processes. This item is intended for presentation at the November 21, 2016 Quarterly <br /> Public Hearing. As a reminder, this item is based on a petition by Commissioner <br /> Bernadette Pelissier. <br /> Please refer to Attachment 2 for more information. <br /> 3. Development of a new conditional zoning district allowing for the master planning of <br /> residential developments in the rural areas of the County. This item is intended for <br />
