Motor Vehicle Property Tax Releases/Refunds <br /> 2 The Board adopted a resolution, which is incorporated by reference, to release motor vehicle <br /> 3 property tax values for six (6) taxpayers with a total of six (6) bills that will result in a reduction <br /> 4 of revenue in accordance with NCGS. <br /> 5 c. Property Tax Releases/Refunds <br /> 6 The Board adopted a resolution, which is incorporated by reference, to release property tax <br /> 7 values for three (3) taxpayers with a total of seven (7) bills that will result in a reduction of <br /> 8 revenue in accordance with North Carolina General Statute 105-381. <br /> 9 d. North Carolina Governor's Highway Safety Program: Orange County Sheriff's Office <br /> 10 Traffic Safety Project <br /> 11 The Board adopted a resolution, which is incorporated by reference, recognizing federal funding <br /> 12 for traffic safety projects to the Sheriff's Office; and authorized the Chair to sign. <br /> 13 e. Request for an Additional 1.0 FTE for a Behavioral Health Social Work Clinical <br /> 14 Specialist for Integrated Behavioral Health Services <br /> 15 The Board approved a Board of Health recommended request for an additional 1.0 FTE (full <br /> 16 time equivalent) position for a behavioral health Social Work Clinical Specialist to support the <br /> 17 continuation of a successful pilot program integrating behavioral and mental health treatment <br /> 18 services into the Health Department's Medical Clinic. The position will cost a total of$6,323 for <br /> 19 the remainder of the current fiscal year and $79,694 for FY 2016-17. The position will be fully <br /> 20 funded using maintenance of effort funds currently paid to Cardinal Innovations for mental <br /> 21 health services. <br /> 22 f. Request for Road Additions to the State Maintained Secondary Road System <br /> 23 The Board made a recommendation to the North Carolina Department of Transportation <br /> 24 (NCDOT), and the North Carolina Board of Transportation (NCBOT), concerning a petition to <br /> 25 add Governor Holt Street, Governor Sanford Street, Governor Martin Street, Governor Umstead <br /> 26 Circle, Governor Broughton Street, Governor Hunt Street, Governor Cherry Circle and <br /> 27 Governor Moore Street in Governors Grove Subdivision to the State Maintained Secondary <br /> 28 Road System. <br /> 29 g. Modifications to Beaver Valley Recorded Final Plat— Modification of Right-of-Way for <br /> 30 Beaver Valley Drive <br /> 31 The Board modified a recorded subdivision plat modifying the extension of Beaver Valley Drive. <br /> 32 h. License Agreement Renewal — Eno River Farmers' Market, Inc. <br /> 33 The Board approved a renewed license agreement for the Eno River Farmers' Market, Inc., for <br /> 34 use of the Farmers' Market Pavilion from April 1, 2016 through March 31, 2019 and authorized <br /> 35 the Chair to sign. <br /> 36 i. Community Home Trust Request— Housing Bond Program <br /> 37 The Board approved the request of Community Home Trust to use the approved <br /> 38 reallocated $75,000 of Affordable Housing Bond Funds for anticipated repairs to the <br /> 39 HVAC systems at Greenbridge Condominiums as grant funding. <br /> 40 j. Resolution Regarding a Purchase Agreement between Orange County Schools and <br /> 41 Chase Equipment Finance to Provide Computers for Teachers and Students <br /> 42 The Board adopted a resolution, which is incorporated by reference, approving a purchase <br /> 43 agreement between Orange County Schools (OCS) and Chase Equipment Finance for the <br /> 44 purchase of computers for teachers and students to upgrade the District's digital technology <br /> 45 and authorized the Chair to sign. <br /> 46 <br /> 47 <br /> 48 <br /> 49 k.
