NAME SPECIAL REPRESENTATIVE EXPIRATION DATE <br /> 2 John Greeson Hillsborough Township 03/31/2019 <br /> 12 Dr. Thomas Rhodes At-Large 03/31/2019 <br /> NOTE - If the individuals listed above are appointed, the following vacancies remain: <br /> • *Position #5--- "At-Large" position expiring 03/31/2019. This position has been <br /> vacant since 03/01/2016. <br /> FINANCIAL IMPACT: None <br /> SOCIAL JUSTICE IMPACT: Enable Full Civic Participation. Ensure that Orange County <br /> residents are able to engage government through voting and volunteering by eliminating <br /> disparities in participation and barriers to participation. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board consider making an <br /> appointment to the Orange County Parks and Recreation Commission. <br />
