Year-To-Date Budget <br /> Summary <br /> PURPOSE: To approve budget and grant project ordinance amendments for fiscal year 2015- <br /> 16. <br /> BACKGROUND: <br /> REVENUES: <br /> Department of Environment, Agriculture, Parks, & Recreation <br /> 1. The Department of Environment, Agriculture, Parks, & Recreation anticipates <br /> additional revenue for the following programs: <br /> • Facility Rentals — receipt of$3,000 from rental of facilities to be used for seasonal <br /> staff and supplies. <br /> • Athletic Rentals — receipt of $4,000 from rental of facilities to be used for <br /> seasonal staff and supplies. <br /> • Concessions— receipt of $8,500 from rental of facilities to be used for seasonal <br /> staff and supplies. <br /> • Athletic Fees — receipt of $7,500 from rental of facilities to be used for seasonal <br /> staff and supplies. <br /> This budget amendment provides for the receipt of these additional funds.
