Failure to remove decomposing,rotten,and severely contaminated framing and structure can jeopardize and/or <br /> compromise the air clearance process. Following the removal of drywall,insulation,and wall materials,a full evaluation will be <br /> reported to the property owner and any additional demolition and cleaning costs will be fully discussed and agreed to. <br /> Prerequisites: Please have all contents removed from crawlspace area prior to our crew starting the cleaning. <br /> Waste: We will dispose of all waste from job site. <br /> Safety: SERVPRO of South Durham&Orange County workers will use safety gear appropriate for the job hazards,e.g., <br /> respirators,knee pads,personal protective equipment. All of our products including the detergents and mold treatment products <br /> are environmentally compatible.
