Margaret Lane <br /> Hillsborough, NC 27278 <br /> CONTRACT#: ORANGEJAIL <br /> SCOPE OF WORK: Remediation should begin as soon as possible. <br /> Unprotected persons should not be on site during initial stages of decontamination. <br /> Workers in use of full Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). <br /> Set the perimeters at least 4 feet beyond the water incursion and partition off the area <br /> (set up containment around the crawl hatch to exterior door). <br /> Spray a disinfectant solution on all affected material to reduce microorganisms. <br /> Sludge will be physically removed. <br /> Spread lime and mix(rake) into the remaining soil. <br /> Cover with plastic and let sit for at least 12 hours. <br /> Remove impacted soil at least 3-6 inches below the loss.
