Harvey, ext. 2607 <br />PURPOSE: To review proposed amendments to the Orange County Zoning Ordinance related <br />to the potential development and implementation of a Conditional Use District (CUD) Permitting <br />and Rezoning Process within Orange County <br />BACKGROUND: Staff and the Attorney's office have been finalizing amendments to the <br />Zoning Ordinance to establish Conditional Use District Permitting and Rezoning regulations. <br />Staff is continuing to finalize the proposal at this time. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: No County financial impact is anticipated at this time with human <br />resources being used from existing departmental staff to complete the project. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board receive this update and <br />consider this item for a future public hearing. <br />
