Should there be a conflict,contact <br /> Asset Management before proceeding. <br /> Contractor will paint all new walls and surfaces and patch, repair and paint all existing surfaces as <br /> necessary to leave the work in a first class condition. <br /> QUESTIONS AND DETAILS <br /> Contractor will verify all dimensions in the field before beginning construction. If the contractor finds a <br /> difference in the space than as defined by these drawings and proceeds with construction without <br /> asking for a clarification in advance of beginning construction,then the constrictor will be responsible <br /> for correcting or replacing the work as necessary,as determined by the representative from Orange <br /> County Asset Management.Contractor will review with Asset Management the final locations of <br /> electrical,data, lighting and HVAC. <br /> WALLS <br /> Unless noted elsewhere,the walls,trim,and finish to match the adjacent walls. <br /> Contractor is required to provide a base coat and two finish coasts of paint on all new walls and surfaces <br /> On existing walls contractor is required to patch, repair and paint only those areas as necessary for <br /> uniform appearance and occupancy. <br /> DOORS <br /> Contractor will provide two doors, frames, and hardware to match.. <br /> Hardware is to be coordinated and approved by Asset Management. <br /> Keys are to be turned over to Asset Management. <br /> Frames,doors,hardware and finish to match existing doors in space. <br /> ELECTRICAL and DATA <br /> Provide outlets and data connections as indicated on the drawings. <br /> Final locations of all electric,data,switches,etc.will be approved by Asset Management in field. <br /> CEILING AND LIGHTING <br /> Lights inside new spaces will be provided a wall switch for each space. <br /> Provide switch at door to control lighting in each space separately <br /> The four existing light fixtures in current space will be reused in the Reception area. <br /> One of the existing lights is a night/emergency light. <br /> Provide seven new light fixtures in the offices as shown. <br />
