The Planning Board recommends Approval of the Preliminary <br />Plan according to the attached Resolution of Approval, without the <br />road stub (deleting B.8), and adopting RPAC's recommendation for <br />dedication of 1.19 acres. The applicant did not agree. <br />The Planning Staff recommends Approval of the Preliminary Plan <br />for The Hastings according to the attached Resolution of Approval <br />including B.8. <br />
