It is the responsibility of the property owner <br />or developer to maintain the integrity of the septic areas prior to system <br />construction and installation. We recommend installing tree protection fencing <br />around the approved septic areas to limit site disturbance during construction. No <br />parking, cutting or filling shall be allowed in or around the drain field areas. <br />Drainage ways and easements should be utilized to convey storm water run-off to <br />the storm water retention areas. These conveyances should not be located through <br />designated septic drain field areas. <br />This report is for planning purposes only and does not constitute any approval.
