30 <br />Some of this proposed dedication is within the 100-year floodplain, and would serve as an <br />undisturbed riparian bufFer and wildlife corridor. The property might also accommodate a <br />future 10-foot-wide public walking trail as envisioned by the joint Planning .Area (7PA) Land <br />Use Plan.
