County Attorney's Report <br /> 4 John Roberts said potentially negative state legislation that would have impacted <br /> 5 Orange County Stormwater Management Program has been determined as inapplicable to <br /> 6 Orange County's program. <br /> 7 John Roberts referred back to the pyrotechnics ordinance, and read the following final <br /> 8 sentence regarding notification: Notice shall identify the date and address of the property on <br /> 9 which the event, or display, is to occur, together with the timeframe within which the event, or <br /> 10 display, will occur. <br /> 11 Chair McKee said this sounded acceptable. <br /> 12 <br /> 13 11. Board Comments <br /> 17 Commissioner Rich had no comments. <br /> 18 Commissioner Pelissier said several of the BOCC attended the Pauli Murray Awards, <br /> 19 and she said one of the zone champions for the Family Success Alliance, Raina Rivera, was <br /> 20 honored with an award. <br /> 21 Commissioner Pelissier said yesterday many of the BOCC attended the Agricultural <br /> 22 Summit. She said there was a new format, with workshops in the afternoon and a social hour <br /> 23 at the end. She said both were positive changes in the format. <br /> 24 Commissioner Jacobs had no comments. <br /> 25 Commissioner Dorosin had no comments. <br /> 26 Commissioner Burroughs had no comments. <br /> 27 Commissioner Price said the recipients of the Pauli Murray Awards were diverse, which <br /> 28 was nice to see. She agreed that the Agricultural Summit was very well done and she has <br /> 29 heard a lot of positive feedback. <br /> 30 Chair McKee had no comments. <br /> 31 <br /> 32 <br /> 33 13.
