Repair the damaged vinyl siding on the right side gable. Install matching <br />vinyl siding. <br />~$ <br />3. Caulk all small holes in the vinyl siding and vinyl trim. Contractor <br />shall use 100% white silicone caulk. AlI holes to be filled properly and <br />smooth. <br /> <br />4. Remove the decking boards and handrails from the front porch floor <br />and steps. Note: Only remove the Band-grip section of the hand rails. <br />Install new pressure treated 2x6 material for the floor acid steps. Install <br />2x4 pressure treated for the handrails. Contractor shall use galvanized <br />screws for new wood installation. <br /> <br />5. Replace the center stringer on the front porch steps. Install pressure <br />treated lumber. Properly nail stringer to the porch band and level <br />with existing end stringers. ~ <br />6. Remove four {4) steps heads from the side porch steps. Note: Refer <br />to Rehabilitation Specialist for boards to be removed. Install matching <br />pressure heated 2x61umber. Secure all loose boards and drive down all <br />exposed nails onside parch. <br />7. Prepare both front and side porches, steps and railings for paint. Remove <br />all loose paint. Prime with an oil based primer and apply two coats of <br />semi-gloss latex paint. Owner to choose color. <br />.$ <br />8. Repair the broken window on the right rear corner.
