Prime alid paint corner level with kitchen countertop. Prime and <br />paint new trim to match. <br />2. Repair the water stained ceilings around the existing sky-lights. <br />Remove all Loose and damaged ceiling texture and sheetrock. Re-install <br />and spray texture, Note: Trim maybe installed around opezung to cover <br />all joints and damaged sections. Note: Refer to Rehabilitation Specialist for <br />acceptable trim to be used. Prime and paint all new trim around sky lights. <br /> <br />3. Install a 6-mil vapor barrier in the crawlspace. Remove all debris <br />from ground before vapor barrier is installed. All poly to be clean <br />and installed flat on ground. $ <br />
