Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) Text Amendment -To review government- <br /> 31 initiated amendments to the text of the UDO regarding mailed notification requirements. <br /> 32 <br /> 33 Perdita Holtz, Orange County Planning Department, presented the following PowerPoint <br /> 34 slides: <br /> 35 <br /> 36 Mailed Notifications <br /> 37 Quarterly Public Hearing <br /> 38 February 18, 2016 <br /> 39 Item C.1 <br /> 40 <br /> 41 Purpose of Amendment <br /> 42 • Correct omissions to the public hearing process amendments that were adopted in <br /> 43 November 2015. <br /> 44 • Update mailed notice requirements in two sections that were not contemplated for <br /> 45 amendments last year. <br /> 46 <br /> 47 Correct Omissions <br /> 48 • Three sections related to required Neighborhood Information Meeting for Special Use <br /> 49 Permits, Conditional Use Districts, and Conditional Zoning Districts. <br />
