The plan should be coordinated with the goals and objectives of this Comprehensive <br /> Plan and seek to maintain and enhance community character and the natural environment. <br /> Objective T-3.3: (Short Term) <br /> Determine the policies to guide connectivity within and between residential development based <br /> on their impact on neighborhood character. <br /> Objective T-3.4: (Long Term) <br /> Direct development to higher density mixed-use districts along transit corridors and make <br /> necessary multi-modal transportation improvements to service lands that are slated for future <br /> intense development, such as Economic Development Districts. <br /> Objective T-3.5: (Medium Term) <br /> Use innovative techniques to increase mobility and reduce rush hour congestion. <br /> (Note to reader: This is a new objective which is related to OUTBoard suggestions.) <br /> Transportation Goal 4: <br /> A countywide and regionally-integrated multi-modal transportation planning process and <br /> strategy for services that will be comprehensive, creative and effective. <br /> Objective T-4.1: (Ongoing) <br /> Work with nearby jurisdictions to integrate the County's transportation plans with those of other <br />
