Our scope of work is based on the proposed Seymour Center Additions and Renovations First <br /> and Second Floor Plans which were included in the Southern Orange County Government Services . <br /> Campus Implementing Report, dated June 2,2015 (See Attached). As described in Chapter 7, Specific <br /> Ideas for Consideration, the potential renovations are minor interior, extensive interior and small <br /> building additions. <br /> The scope of work includes two design meetings with the Facilities Committee to clarify project <br /> parameters,review and comment on design solutions and review and approval of the final preliminary <br /> designs and cost estimates. <br /> We understand that this information will be used in the pending C.I.P.process. <br /> We respectfully request$2,500 (Twenty-five Hundred Dollars) for the scope of work outlined above. <br /> An additional reimbursement amount of$250(Two Hundred Fifty Dollars)is requested. <br /> Services not included in this proposal: <br /> 1. Town Approval Process(May be needed in a subsequent phase) <br /> 2. Renderings <br /> 3.
