As requested, I have included copies of products from Concord Bridge/Ruff's Mill Historic Area studies; several charts from the Hall County Comprehensive Plan; and a copy of The Georgia Courthouse Manual.. The Concord Bridge/Ruff's Mill studies cover almost 10 years of involvement by our firm. There is a summary sheet describing these various studies. A complete copy of the original plan from 1985 is included. Excerpts from the other studies are also attached. Our firm was involved in the early identification of this historic area. We have continued to be involved as a number of pressures, particularly road construction plans, have attempted to intrude on this area. Please let me know if you would like any additional information on any aspect of this project. There area also three charts from the Hall County Comprehensive Plan. These include: (1) Existing Conditions, Implications, and Impacts; (2) Historic Resources: Goals, Objectives, Policies, and Strategies; and (3) Short-Term Work Program. The charts are self-explanatory and are a complement to the plan elements sent with our firm's proposal. Our firm, under the name Jaeger/Pyburn, developed the courthouse manual with assistance from the Georgia Department of Community Affairs (DCA), the Association County Commissioners of Georgia (ACCG), and the State Historic Preservation Office. Our firm was responsible for most of the narrative; most of the courthouse sketches, and a number of the photographs.
