Affordable Housing Strategies <br /> The consultant,with the assistance of the Project Coordinator and the Historic Preservation Commission, <br /> will conduct at least three community meetings to obtain citizen input on preservation goals. In addition, <br /> the consultant must make at least one public presentation of the draft Historic Preservation Plan. <br /> Project Schedule <br /> The project is estimated to take approximately 13 months to complete. The projected starting date is <br /> September 1, 1994, and all work must be completed by September 30, 1995. Consultants submitting a <br /> proposal must specify a starting date and completion date for the project. <br />
