r <br /> 2 <br /> Miscellaneous/Debt Service <br /> 4. The original budget ordinance for fiscal year 1994-95 included $37,500 in the Miscellaneous <br /> (Appropriation) function. This amount was, however, allocated for payment of debt service. This <br /> technical amendment transfers this amount from the Miscellaneous Appropriation function to the Debt <br /> Service function. <br /> Housing and Community Development <br /> 5. Orange County has been awarded additional funds for its Housing (Section 8) programs. These funds, <br /> totalling $64,987, are for the Voucher Program. The attached grant project ordinance, Section 8 Block <br /> Grant Program Grant Project Ordinance, reflects the additional funds received. <br /> Recommendation <br /> The Manager recommends that the Board of County Commissioners adopt the proposed budget ordinance <br /> amendments and proposed grant project ordinances. <br />
