Thompson. <br /> BACKGROUND: The initial lease period was June 5, 1989 - June 5, 1994 at <br /> a rate of $50.00 per month. The size of the site is one <br /> acre. We are proposing renewing the lease for a period of <br /> five (5) years effective June 6, 1994 - June 5, 1999 at a <br /> rate of $100.00 per month. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: To approve lease renewal. <br />
