COMPARISON OF PROPOSED LAND USE PLAN LOCATIONAL CRITERIA <br /> ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT TRANSITION ACTIVITY NODE <br /> The principal differences in the proposals of Commissioner Gordon are related to whether the locational criteria of the Commercial-Industrial Activity <br /> Node or the Economic Development Activity Node land use plan categories are used. In general, the Ordinance Review Committee recommended <br /> retaining the criteria adopted on March 2 by the Board of Commissioners. In some instances, the Committee recommended changes to strengthen the <br /> adopted language. Such changes are highlighted in BOLDFACE CAPITAL. <br /> Locational Commissioner Gordon Ordinance Review Committee Recommendation <br /> Criteria Proposal <br /> Located away from areas where development would have a <br /> Agriculture and Located away from areas where development would have a detrimental impact upon productive agricultural uses and <br /> Forestry detrimental impact upon productive agricultural uses and managed forest land.
