The OWASA engineering staff has reviewed the site relative to the instructions to <br /> identify a 10-acre portion of this parcel for rezoning. Two copies of the revised map which <br /> illustrate the location of this 10-acre tract are enclosed. <br /> A description of the location could be as follows: <br /> The 10-acre portion of parcel 6.26..8 which is proposed for rezoning from AR to <br /> AS is located entirely within the property boundary of the larger 68.366 - acre <br /> parcel. It is located 225 feet north of the southwest corner of parcel 6.26..8 and <br /> has a west and east side of 650 feet. The north and south sides of this rectangular <br /> tract are both 670 feet in length.
