The grant will partially fund one and one <br /> half social worker positions to provide crisis counseling with youth <br /> potentially involved with the legal system, training for law <br /> enforcement officers regarding human services issues, and education for <br /> schools and community groups. <br /> The total first year budget for this program is $80, 671. Of this <br /> amount, $59, 756 will be provided from this grant . The County' s match <br /> is 35% of the grant amount, or $20, 915 . This match was budgeted in <br /> the approved 1994-95 County budget and includes $9, 990 in Community <br /> Based Alternative (CBA) funds, $8, 000 in County funds and the balance, <br /> $2, 925 from in-kind rental space for this program. The second year <br /> grant award is $59, 925 . <br />
