She attended a meeting of the committee on Monday, July 9, has <br />applied on-line for membership, and is well qualified for the committee's work. She is a resident of <br />Orange County, has a BS degree in microbiology as well as an MBA. She is a volunteer member of the <br />Orange County Rescue Squad (OCRs) and has spent hundreds of hours serving Orange County in this <br />capacity. I have worked with her for two years when we were both members of the Board of Directors of <br />the OCRs and 1 gained a great respect for her intelligence, judgment and commitment to the <br />community. 1 hope that the BOCC will appoint her at their next meeting.
