We do recommend the <br /> additional phrase (in bold print) to Paragraph 2 which <br /> clarifies that though the County Commissioners may <br /> receive or even solicit recommendations for <br /> appointments, that the BOCC will make a final decision <br /> on appointments based on all factors. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: The Manager and Clerk to the Board recommend that the <br /> Board adopt the amendment to Paragraph 2 of the <br /> resolution as described above. <br />
