Elementary #10 <br />Chapel Hill-Carrboro City Schools <br />Capital Project Ordinance . <br />Be it ordained by the Orange County Board of County Commissioners that pursuant to Section <br />13.2 of Chapter 159 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, the following capital project is <br />hereby adopted. <br />Section I.The project authorized provides funds for the Chapel Hill-Carrboro City Schools to <br />plan and design a new 585-student elementary school facility to be located on at <br />the Twin Creeks Park and Educational Campus (formerly known as Chapel Hill <br />Township District Park). Also included in this project is funding for infrastructure <br />(water and sewer) to the County's Twin Creeks Park site.
